Rs One million for Brave Hearts Project

The Sri Lanka Military Police donated Rs one million to the Brave Hearts Project of the Army at the SLCMP Inaugural Sports Colours Nite held at BMICH on Wednesday.

Brave Hearts which works for the welfare and well-being of disabled personnel in the Army is headed by Army Commander Lieutenant General Jagath Jayasuriya. The Army Seva Vanitha Unit raises funds for the project. The first phase of the project, the construction of a wellness resort (Abimansala) in Anuradhapura is nearing completion, according to the Army media sources.
