New record by Ananda cricketers

Ananda College, Colombo set up a new record in under 13 division three cricket tournament by defeating four teams by innings while the other match was won on the first innings. Kavishke Rathnayaka of Ananda College scored a century while another six half centuries were recorded in the five matches they played.

Ananda College vs Parakramabahu College, Ananda won by 91 runs and innings. Pubbudu Gimhana grabbed nine wickets in the match.

Ananda College first innings 246 for eight in 40.4 overs( Kanishka Perera 85, Sahan Suraweera 54, Oshada Malinga 31 no, Manoj Yasiru four for 78, Shohan Madusanka two for 10).

Parakramabahu College all out for 30 in the first innings (Dilshan Randika 8, Pubudu Gimhana six for 26, Sahan Suraweera three for five) and 125 all out in the second innings (Poorna Chathuranga 40, Achila Iranga four for 32, Oshada Malinga three for 10) Ananda defeated Sri Yasodara MV by 83 runs and an innings.

Ananda College 162 for one (Kavisha Rathnayaka 102 no, Thilina Udayanga 25 no).

Sri Yasodara MV 44 in the first innings (Shehan Chathuranga nine, Achila Iranga four for 19, Oshada Malinga three for four, Danul Bandara two for seven) and 35 all out in their second innings (Achila Irange six for 12, Oshada Malinga four for 13).

Ananda won by innings and 52 runs.

Ananda College first innings four for 114 (Nanjitha Premathilaka 42, Ahan Silva 40, Ranul Deelka two for 44, Minul Munasingha two for 12).

Carey College first innings 24 all out (Gimhana Eranga nine, Oshada Malinga one for five, Pubuditha Gimhana four for 10) and 38 all out in the second innings (Pubusitha Gimhana four for 22, Oshada Malinga one for four, Danul Bandara two for 12).

Ananda College won by 48 runs an innings against Isipatana College.

Ananda College first innings 129 for three. (Ashan Silva 58 no, Nanjitha Premathilaka 45).

Isipathana College first innings 26 all out (Manthri Athukorala 7, Pubuditha Gimhana three for two, Danul Bandara three for 12, Oshada Malinge two for two) and 55 all out in the second innings(Ravindu Pavantha 11, Gimhana Madawa 11, Oshada Malinga four for 13, Thilina Jayasooriya two for five, Achila Iranga two for six, Pubuditha Gimhana two for 16).
