Five thousand Ranbima land deeds

The Land Reform Commission was organised a program to distribute 5,000 Ranbima land title deeds among landless people in the Hambantota District to mark President Mahinda Rajapaka's swearing-in for the second term of office, said LRC Chairman Nimal G. Punchihewa.

He said this will be the 11th stage of the Ranbima title deed presentation program organised by the LRC to pay tribute to President Rajapaksa who had offered leadership and guidance to provide 75,000 land title deeds to thousands of low and middle income families.

To enable them to own a price of land and improve their lifestyles and promote economic development by long-term leasing out of land for investors.
