Funds for research journal

The Higher Education Ministry will allocate funds to all universities to publish research journals from next year said Higher Education Minister S B Dissanayake addressing a workshop at the Post Graduate Institute of Management.

University academics can publish their researches in these Journals. The journals will be published every three months.

“Sri Lankan universities are teaching universities. We are not doing research and have to promote research to be a world class university.
