Chavez ensures strategic alliance with Belarus

Cuba, Panama assess bilateral agenda
Representatives of the national assemblies of
Cuba and Panama will meet before the end of 2010 to discuss a broad
agenda of issues of interest to both countries, local legislative
authorities said. The First Vice President of the Panamanian
Parliament Manuel Cohen told Prensa Latina that the meeting is
scheduled for November 15.
