KPMG appoints new partner

KPMG Ford, Rhodes, Thornton and Co. recently appointed G A Upul
Karunaratne as a partner of the firm effective from today.
Upul Karunaratne is an Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri
Lanka Associate Member and holds a Business Administration Bachelors
Degree from the Sri Jayewardenepura University. He has been associated
with the firm for over 14 years and prior to his appointment served a
long-term secondment with the Audit Services function of the United
Kingdom KPMG LLP and subsequently as an Audit Services Director in the
local practice in Sri Lanka. |
