Boudu at AF Kotte
The French filmBoudu will be screened at the Alliance Francaise de
Kotte on October 1 at 6.30 p.m.
One night, art dealer Christian Lespinglet plans to seduce his
assistant Coralie and but ends up saving a tramp, Boudu, from drowning.
He reluctantly offers Boudu a place to spend the night in his gallery.
His wife Yseult, a hypochondriac, takes an unexpected interest in the
tramp and decides that he should stay a while longer. The distraction
allows Christian to carry on his affair with Coralie. Little does he
know that Boudu finds both women desirable...
Directed by Gerard Jugnot, this 2005 film stars Gerard Depardieu and
Catherine Frot.
