Yoga workout for humans :

By Santra the bear

First, you lift your right foot
using your paw

Then you stretch your left

Now, lets do both, shall we?

These images are from a continuous 15 minutes exercise routine by a bear called Santra after she woke up from her nap. Although the routine looks painful to us, Santra proves she is quite flexible and fit by stretching each leg separately, by using her paws to pull them upwards, and then lifting both at the same time.

Keeping both legs up for a while, she even manage to balance serenely on her bottom and pull her furry legs up around her ears in her spectacular show. Onlookers say, like any good yoga devotee, she kept her eyes calmly focused as she perfected her moves, flexing her toes to make the stretch even more difficult.

This bear entertained crowds at Ahtari Zoo in Finland. The hilarious display was captured on camera by a visitor, Meta Penca, from Slovenia. ‘It was exactly the same as when you see people do yoga easy, slow, focused and calm.’ She says. ‘She looked pretty into it, a really straight face, no looking around just very serious and calm and kept her eyes slightly opened and focused.’

Apparently, after seeing the display, the onlookers remained quiet and watched Santra?s whole routine.
