Efficient Policemen rewarded

monetary rewards to 250 Police personnel for performing their services efficiently and decently during the Esala Perahera season. The awards were presented at a special ceremony held at the Kandy Police Headquarters auditorium presided over by Central Police DIG Pujith Jayasundera.

The total value of the reward amounted to Rs. 562,000.
