Sir John Tarbet Junior meet from September 14 to 16

The Sir John Tarbet Junior Athletic Championship – 2010 organized by Sri Lanka School Athletic Association with the patronage of the Ministry of Education and Sponsored by MILO will be held from September 14 to 16, 2010 at Bernard Aluwihare Stadium, Matale.

Three hundred and sixty one schools are taking part in this tournament in the Age Groups of Under 12, Under 13, Under 14 and Under 15. Three thousand one hundred and sixty competitors are taking part. (1810 boys and 1350 girls).

Accommodation will be provided for girls at Pakyan Tamil Girls School, Matale, Sangamitta Girls School, Matale. The boys will be put up at Wijaya School and St. Thomas, Matale.
