Maliban Milk had become the first milk food company in Sri Lanka to be awarded the ISO Certification trinity, ISO 9901, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001 from the Sri Lanka Standards Institution. ISO 22000: 2005 is awarded for the successful implementation of Food Safety Management Systems, while ISO 14001: 2004 and ISO 9001: 2008 certify the adherence to Environment Management Systems and Quality Management Systems.

That a Sri Lankan corporate has achieved this distinction is significant.

Marketing Maliban Milk Head Nalinda Jayamanne said, "To give the best possible product at the most reasonable cost without ever compromising quality has always been our USP."

These ISO certifications represent a great achievement for Maliban Milk Products, already the recipients of HACCP, SLS and Halal Certifications.

That Maliban Milk Products care deeply about the society they are based in, is manifest not only in their commitment to quality but also in their CSR initiative of choice; Abhayadhana. A mulch cow earmarked for slaughter is rescued by purchasing the animal from the slaughterer and then donated to a needy farmer. A brilliant way of taking care of the twin aims of animal welfare and poverty alleviation at the same time. With every purchase, consumers of Maliban Milk contribute to preserving the life of a productive animal and assisting the livelihood of a family.

Maliban Kiri Full Cream Milk Powder, Maliban Slender Non Fat Milk Powder, Maliban Hi Cal Non Fat and Full Cream Milk Powder, Vitagen Meal Replacement and Nutritional Supplement, Puredale instant Full Cream Milk Powder and Maliban One Pus Growing Up Formula are produced and marketed by Maliban Milk Products.

"As a responsible brand, Panadol is committed to ensuring that our products meet the most stringent quality and protection standards.
