Madampe Central win 10 over tourney

Madampe Central College, Ambalangoda emerged champions of the ten over inter-school all island under 15 cricket tournament when they beat Prince of Wales College by 22 runs organized by the Cambrian Cricketers Parents'Association and played for the Jayantha Perera Memorial Trophy and sponsored by Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel and worked off at Moratuwa.

Visitors batting first made 73 for 4 in their alloted ten overs and for them Chamara Silva scored 27 and Dananjaya Viraj unbeaten on 28.

In reply Cambrians were all out for 51 runs with Shashika Udara claiming 3 for 9 and 3 for 2 runs respectively.
