Novell Cloud Computing Solutions :

Aiming to drive effective IT business operations in Sri Lanka

The recent developments in Novell show that customers are increasingly adopting virtualization and cloud computing models, and providing momentum for Novell strategy in the region.

Novell has recently made public some developments that will aid Sri Lankan companies aiming to embrace cloud computing, virtualization and more effective IT and business operations.

These include the availability of three key products that strengthen Novell solutions for physical, virtual and cloud computing environments, as well as new relationships with other IT and Solution Providers to showcase Novell integrated approach to make IT work as one.

Cloud computing is a recent development whereby computer applications and software, infrastructure or hardware, information or data, and other IT services are provided via the Internet on demand, much like a city electricity grid.

It is a new delivery and consumption model for IT services, using the latest innovations in virtualization technology that is is changing the face of enterprise technology.
