Topping the list as India’s most beautiful woman, Bollywood actress
Kareena Kapoor unveiled this month’s issue of the People Magazine which
featured her in its cover at the IIFA Weekend 2010 in Colombo.
For Kareena, nothing is more important than the natural look both on
and off screen. She credits her beauty to her fitness regiment and
stable diet.
“I believe, you are what you eat which is why I don’t eat meat. Your
stomach is not a graveyard. I eat a lot of greens like spinach,
asparagus and broccoli and browns or organic foods and brown rice and
pasta. I also drink about 10 glasses of water every day,” said Kareena
who is a die-hard vegetarian. She also swears by yoga and regular
moisturizing to keep her curves and natural glow intact.
“Feeling happy goes hand in hand with looking good. Being stressed
and unhappy affect the hair, skin and under eyes,” she spelt out her
beauty secrets. Her ideal look for a date is a black shirt with jeans
and a little kajal in the eyes. And it only takes her five minutes to
get ready!
