Lie on a mat and place your chin on the floor. Breathe in well and
hold the breath.
The first picture displays the side view of this position, and how to
place your hands on the sides.
As shown in the second picture, lift your legs.
The final picture shows the complete posture. Place your hands as
shown in the picture. Take a deep breath, and while holding it try to
touch your head with legs. But do not force your body. Gradually
practise the posture.
* Pregnant women and people who underwent surgeries recently should
refrain from practising this posture.
