‘Employees should be committed to revive SLTB’

Employees commitment is one of the most important factors of an organization’s success. Every employee should be committed to revive the Sri Lanka Transport Board, Transport Minister Kumara Welgama said.

The Minister made these remarks on an inspection tour to several bus depots in Nuwara Eliya, Kothmale, Keppetipola, Bandarawela, Badulla and Welimada recently.

He said disciplinary actions will be taken if any employees do not perform their duty by covering to political influences.

The Minister observed the shortcomings and problems of these bus depots and made arrangements to resolve many issues.
