Learn Japanese, customs and traditions

The Sri Lanka Tourist Hotel Management Training Institute in collaboration with the Colombo University has launched a short term Japanese language training course to enable people engaged in the business and tourism sectors to gain fluency in Japanese and learn Japanese customs and traditions.

People of both sexes above 16 years age are eligible to apply, said a press release issued by the Information Department.

Application forms obtainable from the Colombo University Human Resources Development Institute (HRDI) should be duly perfected and sent to the HRDI, University of Colombo 275, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 7 to reach it on or before May 20.

The 30-week course will be conducted at the Sri Lanka Tourist Hotel Management Training Institute, No. 78, Galle Road, Colombo 3 on Sunday mornings and those successfully completing the course would be issued a University certificate.
