Saranga dons priest’s robes

Popular director Sanjaya Nirmal had concluded shooting and is
undergoing the editing process of his new film. It is based on a
historic tale in which Saranga Dissasekara will be portraying the lead
role of a priest.
Nita Fernando, Dhananjaya Siriwardena, Rex Koddipilli, Milinda Perera,
G.R. Perera, Gihan Fernando, Sarath Kothalawala, Jagath Manuwarna, Mohan
Kumara and others are also included in the cast.
Shooting took place in Chilaw, Uddappuwa, Kandy and Digana. Nirmal
had also scripted the screen play and the dialogs. Prabath Roshana is
the cameraman. Ranjan Prasanna and Suneth Malinga. Nirmal’s previous
films are Samara and Rosa Kele.
The title of the film is yet to be decided.
