Successful tour for Asoka de Silva School of Cricket

Asoka de Silva School of Cricket which toured Malaysia came up with a fine performance winning all their matches played in Malaysia. First they defeated Penang Free School by two wickets and went on to win the following game comfortably against a Penang Combined School XI recording a 97 run victory.

The third match played against Penang Cricket Club was a cake walk victory when they had the home team shot out for just 87 runs to gain another win by 105 run. The last two games too saw Asoka de Silva School Cricket team achieve comfortable victories over Penang Combined XI and Malaysians Malay CC to come back with an unblemished record.

Gihan Kalhara was the most outstanding Batsman for the visiting team while Lahiru Buddhika was declared as the Best Fielder on tour.
