Former UNP Treasurer joins UPFA

Thilak Karunaratne, a former UNP Treasurer\ Bandaragama Organizer and former Kalutara district MP extended his support to President Mahinda Rajapaksa at a UPFA election rally in Kalutara on Saturday.

No democracy in UNP - Johnston

Opposition and UNP Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe was hiding behind the Parliamentary privileges and had alleged Sarath Fonseka's hit squads killed the Sunday Leader Editor Lasantha Wickremetunga.
