New CEO at DFCC Vardhana Bank

Lakshman Silva has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of DFCC Vardhana Bank (DVB) from today.

He was the Chief Operating Officer of the Bank from the inception of DFCC Vardhana Bank from August 2003, a subsidiary of the DFCC Bank and was also appointed as a Board Director of DVB in 2008.

Silva who is also an Executive Vice President of DFCC Bank was previously the Vice President - Corporate Banking Division of DFCC Bank and has also served as Manager/Vice President - Colombo Office, Kurunegala and Matara branches and counts over 22 years' experience in development and commercial banking.
