PC House Chairman S.H.M. Rishan said that the partnership opened
avenues to both companies and to the consumer. "We believe that quality
and service is the base of the success we have achieved; it is what we
look for in our partners and our stakeholder as well. Through our
partnership with Dell, we can now provide a higher technical advantage
to our customers around the island and further enhance the relationship
between Dell and our customers. We are very pleased with the success of
the 11th Generation Server Launch and look forward to a long lasting
relationship with Dell."
Another area that was addressed through the partnership and the
recent launch of the server system was the workshop conducted by the
Dell delegation from Malaysia for distributors and customers. The aim of
this program was to educate and train stakeholder on the benefits and
best use practices to achieve the best from the 11th Generation server
and additional technology.
PC House Head of Sales Feroz Inthishar said. "Simply providing the
'latest' technology will only go so far toward benefiting our customers.
What we provide must coincide with their needs. We also believe that
our retailers must be properly educated on how the technology works,
what benefits it provides and how it can enhance the lives of those it
touches. Through the training programme conducted by Dell and PC House,
we believe that we have not only enhanced the ability of the technology
being picked up by the public, but also provided a solid basis for our
customers getting the best from their investment.
We plan to conduct more training programs in the future, including
training for the educational and agricultural markets."
The main factor in the partnership between Dell and PC House will
remain the customer. Both companies believe that the customer experience
with the product and the company will define the future of the
relationship. Dells policy of partnering exclusively with companies that
are renowned for their high customer retention and care, make addressing
the challenge of including new areas outside of Colombo more attainable.
PC House General Manager, National Sales Ravindra Jayasinghe said.
"We believe that it is the consumers that make us what we are.
