Pugoda Magistrate H.M.D.R. Wijeratna fined a man Rs 4,500 for driving a motor cycle without a valid licence. Kirindiwela Police prosecuted.

Meanwhile, the Magistrate fined Jude Prasanna of Tharala Rs 21,000 when he was found guilty of possessing 3,840 drams of goda.

Police said the accused had one previous conviction. Pugoda Police prosecuted.
