Major General Shavendra Silva felicitated

Together we have won the war. We have to now develop the country together. Organisations like Sri Lanka Insurance could be the key contributors in such development efforts, said Major General Shavendra Silva.

The Major General was speaking at a function where he was felicitated recently for eradicating terrorism from Sri Lankan soil, at the Sri Lanka Insurance Life Congress 2009 in Bentota Taj Exotica Hotel.

Major General Shavendra Silva was the keynote speaker at the event which comprised Life Insurance Advisors.

He shared with many, his ground experiences of tactics, innovations, commitment and unity among a victorious team.

Sri Lanka Insurance Life Congress 2009 was held over two days sharing knowledge, team spirit and entertainment through its carefully planned out agenda with all participants.
