Navara Capital buys CSF Money Broking Company

Navara Capital (Pvt) Ltd has acquired the controlling interest in the Money Broking subsidiary of the listed entity Nation Lanka Finance PLC. Navara Capital has purchased 85.71 percent stake in CSF Money Broking Company from NFL for Rs. 9.25 Mn valuing the company at around Rs. 10.8Mn.

Since its inception in 1994 CSF Money Broking Company has been involved in the Inter Bank Forex and Money broking business and also owns a minority stake (7.5 percent) in Ceylinco Stock Brokers (Pvt) Ltd.

Navara Capital is controlled by Capital Markets veteran Harsha De Silva and is involved in providing a range of Fee based services in Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and Capital Markets as well as Corporate Advisory Services.
