Golf tourney
Crocodile which has brand association with many sports will for the
first time sponsor a golf tournament that takes place this morning at
the RCGC with 230 golfers.
Skills program for cricketers
Sri Lanka Cricket will conduct the inauguration of the skills program
for cricketers and coaches at Sri Lanka Cricket Headquarters. Subjects
for the above have been lined up according to importance and
significance. The training program will go on for four months initially
and has been designed with latest adult training methodology.
Objectives
Cricketers - English and Public speaking, IT, Psychology and
Behavioral Science, Personal/ commercial etiquette, Modern Health and
Medical Science and Financial Management.
Coaches - English and IT
This pilot training project will initially encompass Cricketers
undergoing training in Development Squad and Max Academy numbering 32.
Further 25, Coaches will undergo skills development training separately.
