Linking HR to business strategy:

MTI Consulting will hold a HR Forum to be held on December 10 at Ceylon Continental Hotel. The forum focuses on linking human performance to business strategy to meet the challenges faced by businesses today.

MTI will present its research findings of an ongoing survey amongst CXOs aimed at understanding how Human Resources is being managed within organizations today.
