Crime free CP under special program

The Central Province is to be made a more congenial and peaceful area for people to live in under a special program launched by the Central Province Senior DIG's office to combat crime.

Senior DIG Gamini Navaratne who initiated this program has directed police stations and personnel in the province to take all steps to minimise criminal activities and enforce law and order. Special attention should be made to combat juvenile and white collar crime and drug abuse in the area, the senior DIG has emphasised.
