Petes down Mazenodians 73-32

St. Peter's college Colombo defeated De Mazenod College, Kandana by 73 points to 32 in the All Island School Basketball Tournament match played at St. Thoma's College Courts Mount Lavinia, after leading. 47 points to 18 at half time.

Sudesh Ahammad was the highest scorer for the winners with 31 points, Pramuka Tennakoon's contribution was (11) Charith Perera (18) and Manoj Lanka (14) made good contributions for Mazenodians.

Meanwhile St. Benedict's College beat Prince of Wales College Moratuwa 70 points to 45 in another game at the same venue.
