Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC) Document Registration (D/R)
Department reached another milestone by upgrading their computerized
system recently.
"The upgraded system facilitates convenient search under various
categories depending on the information fed into the system on each
Certificate of Origin (C/O), company, markets, products, sea/air freight
and weight are some of the possible search options.
The new system will enable the CCC to further expedite its existing
document registration which is of great benefit to customers.
The speedy issue of documents is a great time saver for customers who
have to visit many other departments to complete their export
documentation procedures," said Consultant Puvi Domingopillai. In July
2007, the Chamber launched a fully secured online eCO system, to further
enhance the issuance of COs. |
