Cricket tourney at Nawinna

A cricket tournament organised by Nawinna Youth Sports Club for the challenge cup of the chief organiser of Sri Lanka Freedom Party for Maharagama electorate and Chairperson of Maharagama Urban Council Kanthi Kodikara will be held on October 3 and 4 at Nawinna People's Sports Grounds.

The champions will get Rs. 25,000 in cash and the Challenge Cup and the runners-up will be presented with Rs. 15,000. The best bowler and the best batsman of the tourney will get Rs. 4,000 each. The teams which have qualified for the finals but took part in the super eight round (six teams) will be presented with Rs. 2,000 each. Five Tigo sims will be given to all the teams which have participated in the tourney.
