Foundation to protect maize cultivators

Maize cultivators in the North Central Province have set up an organization called Rajarata Maize Cultivators Foundation to protect maize cultivators. The Chairman of the new Foundation P A Chandrapala said that the Central Bank last week approved the setting up of this Foundation and 12 small companies cultivating maize have joined the Foundation so far.
