Pakistan Civil Aviation to consult MTI
MTI Consulting was retained by Pakistan's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)
partnering Jaffer Business Systems for a change strategy consulting
solution. In line with implementation of an Oracle Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) System and the billing solution - Airport20/20, MTI
Consulting advised the CAA on change management rationale, challenges in
change, challenge management principles leading to CAA's own change
management model and a follow-through action plan.

The overall project that spanned over a period of 15 months entailed
hardware infrastructure, software licensing, implementation and
integration services, training, support and maintenance. This supports
MTI's key differentiation from other management consulting firms in
working with clients beyond in order to implement the solution.
The change strategy is instrumental in streamlining an organization's
processes and hence, making the CAA more efficient. This reinforces the
CAA's financial viability but also as a self-generating entity with
revenue of USD 145 million per annum to sustain their manpower
expenditure for the 8,000 employees spread across its 42 national
airports. In addition, they make a million dollar tax contribution to
the national exchequer.
