Sanasa Bank retains MTI
Sanasa Development Bank (SDBL) set up in 1997, under the ownership of
the Sanasa Movement, has retained the services of MTI Consulting, a fast
growing international strategy consultancy for the development of a
three-year Strategic Business Plan (2010 to 2013) spearheading their
mandate to uplift the standard of living of low income Sri Lankan
families with its range of Micro Finance activities.

Sanasa Development Bank recently expanded its outreach in the Eastern
province through its four branches in Batticaloa, Trincomalee, Pothuvil
and Kalmunai and through 26 microfinance delivery centres affiliated to
those branches. SDBL served a war-torn community at their doorstep.
General Manager, CEO of Sanasa Development Bank, Nimal Mamaduwa, told
the signing ceremony at the Sanasa Head Office, "We are looking forward
to working with MTI and taking our organization and its developmental
work to the next level through this timely strategic plan". Regional

planning tool coupled with business analytics including extensive
research undertaken across all stakeholder groups of Sanasa Development
Bank, including the Sanasa Primary Societies. MTI Consulting has worked

extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry across the
Middle East and South Asian region.
