Sri Lanka 'A' edged out the touring Pakistan team by 15 runs in their practice one day match worked off at the Welagedera Stadium in Kurunegala yesterday.

Sri Lanka 'A': 348 for 6 in 50 overs (M. Udawatte 161, T. Kandamby 59, C. Kapugedera 101, A. Razzaq 4 for 70, N. Ul Hasan 2 for 74).

Pakistan: 333 in 50 overs (S. Afridi 34, F. Alam 85, U. Akmal 103 n.o, A. Razzaq 56, D. Fernando 3 for 50, F. Maharoof 3 for 75, M. Pushpakumara 2 for 58).
