A movie made from footage of Michael Jackson's rehearsals for his
comeback concerts could be released to coincide with Halloween
festivities.
The Hollywood Reporter and Daily Variety reported that Sony Pictures,
which is reputedly paying around 60 million dollars for 80 hours of
unseen footage from the rehearsals, was eyeing an October 30 release for
the film. The date would coincide with festivities for Halloween, the
annual celebration of ghosts, ghouls and all things supernatural that is
enthusiastically embraced across North America.
