Troops kidnap diplomats in Honduras

Honduran troops have “kidnapped” the Venezuelan, Cuban and Nicaraguan ambassadors in the capital along with Honduras’ foreign minister, Venezuela’s ambassador to the Organization of American States said on Sunday.

Roy Chaderton made the allegation in a formal meeting of OAS ambassadors in Washington that was carried live on the Spanish-language channel of CNN.
