Antonians win high scoring game

Five hundred and eighty nine runs (589) were scored in a day for the
loss of 19 wickets as St. Anthony's College, Kandy pulled off a
thrilling one wicket win over their traditional rivals Trinity College
in their schools under 17 division one cricket tournament match played
at Katugastota.
The Antonian chasing a target of 295 runs to win in 50 overs, needed
18 runs in the final over with the last part in Allrounder Thushan
Hittige smashed 18 runs in the final over off M. Sameera to give the
Antonian win in the final ball of the match.
