(3) The Average Weighted Prime Lending Rate (AWPLR) and the

by all commercial banks were 16.79 percent and 10.90 percent
respectively.

(4) The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of commercial
banks for the month of May, 2009 was 11.43 percent.
