an opportunity for the Sri Lankan public and private sector
organizations to expand their network among the HR fraternity.
IPM first introduced the HR Service Providers' Exhibition to the
nationally recognized mega HR Conference in 2002. Marking this year's
event as the eighth consecutive one, the IPM aspires to make the HR
Conference and HR Service Providers' Exhibition 2009 bigger and better
than ever before. The exhibition provides the business sector a channel
through which they may promote and discuss their innovations to a wide
spectrum of HR Professionals as well as to the public.
With an impressive 55 stalls from various services, the exhibition
will cover the many facets of HR professionals and service providers.
This will initiate a forum in which valuable knowledge gained from
experience can be shared with customers, professionals and stakeholders,
while also providing crucial information on how to strengthen the
company's strategies and sharpen customer focus.
This will provide the participants the rare opportunity of making
themselves aware of a wider range of HR products and services available
in Key Result Areas of Human Resources Managers in Manpower Planning,
Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Employee Welfare,
Training and Development and HR Information Systems. The exhibition is
an integral part of fulfilling the objectives of the annual HR
Conference.

categories such as Most Innovative Stall, Most Informative Stall and
Most Customer-oriented Stall.
An eminent panel of judges comprising experts of the business
industry will determine the winning stalls. The official partner of the
