Paceman Ravindra leaves for Australia

Former Sri Lanka paceman Ravindra Pushpakumara will leave for Australia next month to join the Victorian Cricket Academy to obtain his level two coaching certificate.

Pushpakumara a lively paceman played under Arjuna Ranatunga and was a member of the 1996 World Cup winning team.

The President of the Sri Lanka Cricket Foundation in Melbourne Dr. Quintus de Zylva said that they will be certainly happy to host him and have him in Melbourne. Pushpakumara has been accepted to the course lbourne. The Interim Committee of SLC has also given their blessings for Pushpakumara to go ahead". said Dr. de Zylva".
