Navy down Sisu SC 8-1

Navy SC recorded a comfortable 8-1 victory over Sisu Sports Club in their Holcim FA Cup third round game at University ground on Saturday. N.H.D.P.C. Perera was the star for Navy scoring four goals including a hatrick while his team mate P.R.J. Nandasiri too played a fine game to net in two goals for his side.

Jupiters SC too had a easy win against New Sun Rise SC 4-1 at Negombo. The other teams which fared well over the week end to register wins are youngsters SC, Java Lane SC and Serendib SC who overcame strong opposition from Maya SC.

Kalutara Park SC beat Sarasavi SC 1-0

Youngsters SC beat Bolawatte SC 3-1

Java Lane SC beat Moragasmulla SC 3-1

Super Beach SC beat Dharga United SC 2-0

Serendib SC beat Maya SC 3-2

Pelicans SC beat goldenstar SC 1-0 Navy SC beat Sisu SC 8-1.
