Nawaloka pledges support to Govt

Nawaloka Hospitals a leader in the private healthcare sector will assist the Government in its ongoing war against terrorism by providing ambulances to transport wounded soldiers.

"We are transporting the wounded to the Government hospitals in a bid to lessen the burden placed on the Government at a time of crisis" said Director/General Manager of Nawaloka Hospitals, Prof. Lal Chandrasena.

Prof. Chandrasena said that this is a fine example of a private-public partnership operating at its best, uniting to assist the Government at a moment unprecedented in the country's recent history.
