Prime forces behind war victories

The clear political vision and leadership are the prime forces behind the battle front victories in the North as well as the imminent Western Provincial Council Election victory which the UPFA Government will achieve very shortly, Local Government and Provincial Councils Minister Janaka Bandara Tennakoon said.

The Minister made this comments at a function held at the UPFA election campaign operation office at Boralesgamuwa recently.

This function was held to organize Western Provincial Council election campaign activities related to UPFA candidates contesting Kesbewa electorate in the Colombo District.

UPFA Pradeshiya Sabha members representing Dambulla, Galewela, Pallepola, Ipalogama, Thirippane, Mihintale and Kuliyapitiya areas participated at this meeting.

Export Promotion Minister Prof. G.L. Peiris, Sports and Public Recreation Minister Gamini Lokuge and Wayamba Provincial Council Chief Minister Athula Wijesinghe were also present.
