An opening stand of 100 between Hiran Wickremasekara (66) and Dulash
Kumarasinghe (41) for St. Anthony's was the highlight on the opening day
of their inter-school match against Sri Sumangala College Panadura which
began at Katugastota yesterday. Rain which fell at 3 p.m. washed out
play for the day.
