Fire at cinnamon cultivation

The recent fires that occurred in a three acre cinnamon cultivation at Kotuwangoda in Malimboda had cost their owners a loss of several lakhs of rupees.

The forest fire at Kahagala State Forest Reserve Kamburupitiya was doused by the residents in the area.
