Woman trishaw driver granted leave to proceed

The Supreme Court on Tuesday granted leave to proceed with the fundamental rights application filed by a woman three-wheeler driver alleging that her fundamental rights were infringed by the acts of the Kotte Municipal Council by not granting her parking permits to ply her three-wheeler.
