Even exchanges at Moratuwa

Prince of Wales’ College were 92 for 4 at the end of day one in reply to Wesley College total of 135 runs in their inter-school under 19 cricket tournament match played at De Soysa Stadium, Moratuwa.

Ashen Fonseka was the most successful batsman for the visitors with 65 runs while Mohomed Hassim captured 3 for 27 for the Cambrians. Sittum Fernando made 36 while in form Dilan Chandima was unbeaten on 27 runs at the close.

Wesley 135 (Ashen Fonseka 65, Javad Bongso 23, Mohomed Hassim 3 for 27, Isuru Thilina 2 for 7, Nipuna Chamara 2 for 16).
