Ambalangoda BC in 86-68 win over Galle

Ambalangoda Basketball Club beat Galle Basketball Club by 86 points to 68 in the 'C' Division quarter-finals of the Colombo Super League Basketball Tournament played at St. Joseph's Girls School basketball courts recently.

Ambalangoda BC led by 33 points to 18 at half time. S. Madusanka was the top scorer for the winning team with 27 points. N. Niroshan scored 13 points. Osanda Amarasinghe obtained 23 points for Galle BC while Lahiru Senanayake scored 17 points.

The Josephian Basketball Club defeated Moratuwa Basketball Club by 78 points to 70 in a 'C' Division quarter-final.

Joes BC led by 39 points to 34 at half time. Praneeth Udumalagala scored 26 points for the winning Joes BC and Andre Fernando obtained 13 points, Greshan Anthony (15) and Sameera Fernando (13) were the top scorers for Moratuwa Basketball Club.
