Applications called for SLEAS Class One

The Education Ministry has called applications for promotion to class one of the Sri Lanka Education Administrative Service from class two officers in the service in keeping with the decision of Supreme Court Case No. SCFR 165/2007.

A Ministry release said the list of class II officers qualifying for promotions can be downloaded from the Ministry website www.moe.gov.lk. Applications should be filled paying attention to the amendments made to Section 18 of the Education Administrative Service Minute.

All applications certified by the departmental head should be sent by registered post to reach Mrs. A.D.S. Sadeeka, Assistant Secretary, Education Service Institute Branch, Ministry of Education Isurupaya, Battaramulla on or before March 12.

The words “Application for promotion to Sri Lanka Administrative Service class one” should be written on the top left hand corner of the envelope.
